Websites and Books

It’s been a while since we posted but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy at Novel Design Studio. Here are some highlighted projects we’ve recently completed for some very talented international authors.

Websites:

MJ Summers – the acclaimed international romance author signed with Harper Collins last year and approached us to create a website that could promote her books as well as keep her fans updated on events, book releases, competitions etc. She also requested monthly maintanence of the site to include post and page updates, imagery, stats reporting, and mailing list management amongst many other things. Flanagan Wale Publishing – self publishing house Flanagan Wale needed a website that looked professional and sleek to reflect their fresh approach to publishing. A lot of vector graphics were designed for this website. We also needed to create an author only section to the website that contained exclusive content that could only be accessed by their authors. Tim Flanagan – After seeing the Flanagan Wale Publishing website, bestseller Tim Flanagan requested a remake of his website to appeal to his young audience. In the end we created a simple, clean website that showcased his books perfectly. Take a look – Tim Flanagan Website.

Judy Mastrangelo – Renowned artist Judy Mastrangelo has recently been working on a series of books that featured her artwork and needed a website to promote the books but also provide a home for exclusive content that would be accessible to readers of her books. Still in progress, Judy’s site is already looking beautiful and will definitely appeal to her young readers.

New Books:

We would also like to inform you of a new project that Novel Designs has been working on to help other authors. We’ve been developing a series of tutorial books with one single aim – helping authors crack Amazon. Each part will be available for just 99c or you can buy the complete set as one single kindle book or paperback. Different parts of the tutorial come with work sheets, appendices, video walk-throughs, and so much more! Coming soon – we’ll let you know when they will be available.
