Self publishing has led to an explosion of new books and writers, which is great, but that explosion has made it harder for writers to get their books seen. So the answer is – build an online platform, engage in social media, develop a mailing list, promote and market while at the same time write the next book! But for most new writers, they’re also trying to hold down a regular job and don’t have the time to do all this. If they have the money to invest they employ someone like us to do it for them. But a lot of new writers don’t have the spare capital to invest.

We think we have the perfect solution: Publishing Partnerships. An option that is unprecedented and unrivaled in the publishing world.

Partnerships are two way relationships. You write your book. We publish it and create a complete online platform for you – FREE OF CHARGE!

Sound too good to be true? Well it’s not. We invest in your online platform in exchange for 50% of all royalties over a specified period of time. It’s therefore in our interest to give your book the best possible platform to launch from.

What’s included?

We build you a website. We set up a Facebook page. We design your book cover. We format your book for kindle and paperback. We publish your book for you on amazon, itunes, kobo and more. We even pay 50% of the marketing fees if you take one of our marketing options. Leaving you free to work on your next book.

Who owns the rights to the book?

You do – you wrote it. At the end of the minimum contract you can do what you like with your website and social media pages – they’re yours! But we hope you stay with us and continue to benefit from free cover design, formatting and publishing for future books as well as the excellent marketing options available to Partnership Authors. The only reason we want you to stay with us for a minimum period is so we can offset the costs of designing and publishing, etc.

What genres do you accept?

We’re open to all genres. Nothing is taboo. We will need to look over the book and see if it has commercial value. But, we’re also investing in you, the writer.

Who has the final say on the book?

You have the final say on the content inside the book. We will talk to you about covers, marketing and promotion, but as we have more expertise in this area, we would have the final say with those.

What is the minimum contract?

This varies depending on how many books we’re publishing for you, how commercial the books are and what we consider would be an appropriate period of time for us to recoup our investment. Most contracts will be around 2 years.

Is my book guaranteed to be accepted?

No. Because we’re investing in you and your book we need to be sure there’s some commercial value to it so that we will recoup our expenses during the publishing contract. If the book or brand needs to be made more commercial we’ll talk to you about how that could be done and put a plan together before the book is published.

What are the marketing options?

As a partner you would also have access to the following services at greatly reduced prices – we supplement all costs by 50%. THESE ARE OPTIONAL AND NOT COMPULSORY. You do not have to take out any of the marketing options, but it’s necessary if you want the book to sell. If you want to do your marketing yourself we would take an objective look at what you’ve already been doing. If we consider it to be below standard it will effect our decision whether or not to accept your book. After all, if we’re investing our money into your book we want to make sure it’s reaching the right audience and getting the best chance to generate sales.

All marketing options are subject to a minimum one year contract:

Option 1.
1. Maintenance of the website.
2. Add 4 blog posts to the website per month (written by a content writer on relevant topics).
3. Link the website to the FB page so all content is also added there
4. Add 10 posts to your FB page per month (to maintain interaction with your audience).
5. Manage the mailing list.
6. Email subscribers on the mailing list 2x each month.
Cost to you: $150 per month (Normal cost – $300 per month)

Option 2.
1. Maintenance of the website.
2. Add 2 blog posts to the website per month (written by a content writer on relevant topics).
3. Link the website to the FB page so all content is also added there
4. Add 5 posts to your FB page per month (to maintain interaction with your audience).
5. Manage the mailing list.
6. Email subscribers on the mailing list 1x every month.
Cost to you: $75 per month (Normal cost – $150 per month)

Option 3.
1. Maintenance of the website.
2. Add 4 blog posts to the website per month (written by a content writer on relevant topics).
3. Link the website to the FB page so all content is also added there
4. Add 10 posts to your FB page per month (to maintain interaction with your audience).
5. Manage the mailing list.
6. Email subscribers on the mailing list 2x every month.
7. Set up a FB lead generator ad (Ad cost $5 per day) and monitor it on a daily basis (this is to funnel subscribers to your mailing list).
8. Set up a landing page to accompany the FB ad.
9. Change book keywords on amazon once a week (increases discoverability).
Cost to you: $325 per month (Normal cost – $650 per month (This includes an ad spend of $5 per day on FB))

  1. First 3,000 words of your book,
  2. Synopsis (summary) of the whole book (Max 1,000 words),
  3. Short bio about you (Max 500 words). Include a list of other books you have published,
  4. Recent head shot of yourself.

We don’t like to keep you waiting long, so will try and get back to you within one week.
